Groups are permitted to request meeting space at the ARNOVA Conference scheduled for November 15-18, 2023.  In most cases, meeting time requested for Thursday or Friday of the meeting must take place before 8 am or after 5:30 pm. Space is complimentary however if audio-visual equipment or food & beverages are requested the sponsoring group will be responsible for those charges.  All requests must be submitted by October 2. 

By submitting this form, the requester understands that this meeting/event may not be approved should it be in conflict with an ARNOVA Annual Conference function. There is no guarantee of the space requested. Meeting space will be assigned based on availability. All expenses associated with the above mentioned meeting are the sole responsibility of the company listed; not ARNOVA.
